Spotted while strolling through the Chapultepec park spread around the spectacular castle on top of the hill…
↑ I knew it. Kids and pets are the same – unpredictable, undisciplined, short attention span and therefore we need to keep them under strict control. Just for 8 pesos ($0.80), you can put a leash on your child, how wonderful! Don’t forget to pick up after your baby!
↑ I can understand why toddlers are put on a child harness. I guess its a matter of safety and security. (But atleast colour coordinate that leash!)
↑ …but grown up kids too?
↑ …and these kids look too old to be tied up. At what point does safety turn into laziness, paranoia or downright abuse?

I’ve seen daycare doing that with young kids when they take them out for a walk but they are usually 2 or 3 years old.

yeah but this is a funny method!
I can understand it but they do look a bit odd. All the kids here at the moment are walking around in shoes that squeak on contact with the floor. It makes for noisy walking but parents can always hear their kids nearby.

Oh I remember those shoes, they became very popular in India when I was a teenager and so little children annoyed the hell out of me.
Maybe it is like laloos bihar ? are people scared of apaharans?

my sisters son, in one phase was like a supermop , ate anything he found on the ground..
one more nifty tool an infant/kid helmet….
ps did u notice , the family is obese kid is not… so they keep him on the leash i guess…just kidding
