Привет Приянк! Очень хорошая storie. I remember to meet you in the bar for football with SPb. I am hungry now I see your picture of food! When are you visit next, send me message… Лена

  2. Hmmm, this reminds me of a cafeteria in Prague I frequented a bit. The lay-out is similar: you just line up, pick a tray, and basically point to whatever you want. No menu, just a line. You pay at the end of the line, and then just grab an empty seat.

Cool, I love visiting such places. Its faster and cheaper (albeit a bit inconvenient) than the whole waiters and customer service thingies.

Very funny. I have had that blank stare many times and yes, a lot in India. I am afraid to ask what the total bill was and wondering if I can afford Moscow. I am too cheap to go into any place that doesn’t have the prices listed. Are there many of these places left?

Hi Dave and Deb! Yes indeed there are a bunch of such places. Plus Moscow’s street food is awesome and cheap as always. The city itself is quite expensive, but just venture 50km outside city limit and everything suddenly changes to rural feel! I think with the exception of Moscow and SPb, rest of the country is quite cheap!
