Fallen leaves
End of fall is near and you can see in the pictures that most leaves have now fallen, forming a carpet of dry leaves all over the city. I cut through this park (Northwest corner of Trinity Bellwoods Park) often and I enjoy biking through it. I love the crunchy sound of walking on the foliage on the ground.
A bust of Simón Bolívar, the leader of the Latin American freedom struggle from Spain, decorates this area.
During summer (picture on google map above), there is a farmers market in this area. Other events are held in the main area of this park, for example the Queen West Art Crawl blogged about previously.

Thanks for sharing Priyank. Its been a while since I visited UofT, so much changed since I last time seen it. But funny thing happen to us once, me and my husband after nine years decided to pay quick visit to the mining engineering building, and yet to find our thesis group photo behind the glass display case was still there – after 9 years no body decided to change it yet, lol. I think I have to go one day and see if it is still there, lol. Anna

It is amazing how things remain and people don’t touch it.. Last week I went to a restaurant after 2.5 years and sat on the same bench and guess what – I found a graffiti I made on bench (oh it was a bar, and full of graffiti by drunk people, LOL).
So now I know little more about you – you two met during university, eh?
Hey Priyank, yes we did meet in school, in second year mech engineering. We get lot of the same things, school picture, engineering magazines, etc. The graffiti story is funny, I tried to look for mine the places I visited, but they were all marked up by other graffitis – I guess I was too light on the imprint, lol. Hope all is well with you there in downtown otherwise, got snow yet? Anna
